Black Bean and Rice Wrap

As the weather gets chillier, I find myself warming up with the snack below. This is a filling and nutritious snack that makes a wonderful after school or after work snack.

All You Need:

1 Flatout Flatbread

1 teaspoons olive oil

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

¼ teaspoon of seasoning salt

1 cup of cooked rice

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

5 Tablespoons of salsa 

 All You Need to Do: Heat oil in a large skillet. Add black beans and seasoning salt in skillet. Sauté 2 minutes. Add rice and cook until warm. Remove from heat. Divide beans and rice on the rounded end of each wrap. Top each with low fat or fat free cheddar cheese and salsa. Roll tightly, cut and serve immediately.

  1. I LOVE all of these recipes!!!
    I have always liked Flatout, but never purchased it regularly until I found these recipes. This one is my favorite. Keep them coming!
