Roll with it!

Filed under: Appetizers, Flatout Fun — flatoutnews @ 10:43 am

This time of year, the parties and the entertaining is constant.  I am always looking for new and fun… and let’s face it: easy and inexpensive ways to preapre food, because I hate hosting and serving the same food. Or even wose, I can’t stand bringing the same dishes to different parties.  The last thing I want is to be predictable.  All you do is prepare a flatout wrap the way you typically would.  Add whatever your guests would like.  I typically put together turkey wraps, tunna wraps, veggie wraps… you can also add different condiments such as cheese and dressings and different sliced veggies to add color and variety.  Some of my guests are picky and plain eaters, some are healthy, some love cheese, some hate cheese.  I like to accomodate everyone, while also selfishly, I like my trays to be colorful! Cut the wrap into thirds, and present on trays.  These are terrific appetizers, or you could even serve them as the entree when entertaining during lunchtime.  At night, I have served these as the entree, with lots of fun sides.  Roll with the punches with these delicious and fun pinwheels!
