PIZZA POCK It with FOLD It! When making it a Flatout meal, you’re probably usually wrappin’ it or open-facin’ it! Flatout Pizza is a popular Flatout creation, especially for those who enjoy a thin crust! Now, for those of you who prefer a thicker crust or a pizza pocket, take your favorite pizza recipe, and instead of using Flatout Flatbread, fold your ingredients into a Flatout FOLD It! While Flatout Flatbread makes a delicious thincrust, Flatout FOLD It is ideal for a Pizza POCK It! Take your pizza recipes, and instead of spreading over the Flatout Flatbread, and popping it in the oven, FOLD your Flatout FOLD It, and pop in the oven! Below is a delicious pizza Flatout Creation you can use to test out the FOLD It pizza alternative:

Pineapple in Paradise Grilled Thin Crust Pizza

 1 Light Italian Herb Flatout

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded Mexican four cheese blend

2 slices deli style ham (sliced in 1″ squares)

4 tablespoons Pineapple tidbits

2 slices Honey roasted ham (sliced in 1″ squares or chopped)

Lay Flatout FOLD It on nonstick cookie sheet and lightly coat both sides with olive oil cooking spray. Spread pizza sauce over one half or both sides of the Flatout FOLD It, depending on how much sauce flavor you want. Top with ham, pineapple, and cheese on one side of the FOLD It. Fold the FOLD It. The side without the toppings should be folded on top. The bottom of the FOLD It should have the toppings. Place Flatout FOLD It in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove and enjoy!

  1. I made the Pizza, looking for a quick lunch due to my Profession and I loved it. I can’t wait to try another recipe. I am on a New Diet called Slimming World and this is part of my Healthy extras. Low Sugar and Low Fat and it still tastes great. Can’t wait to share with everyone in my Slimming World Group.
