February Flatout Fiber Month

I am flatout crazy about fiber! As a lifetime Weight Watcher member, I am conscious of my fat, calorie and fiber intake, and I understand the many health benefits of a diet rich in fiber.

This month, I am making an effort to reach my recommended daily fiber intake of 20 g.  Of course, I won’t exceed 20 g of fiber a day.  As many of you know, too much fiber is never a good thing!

To be honest, it is pretty easy for me to reach the 20 g a day goal.  Because I eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and Flatout Flatbread daily, I’m pretty sure I reach close to 20 g every day without even trying. A diet rich in fiber could potentially lower the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and more.
