Flatout Fiber Snack Wrap

In light of Flatout Fiber Month (Feb!), below are the ingredients to a fiber-filled snack wrap full of fiber. The Flatout flatbread alone has 9 g of Fiber! Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and beans are all terrific sources of fiber. Wrap these ingredients in a Flatout Light flatbread, and enjoy this fiber –filled snack.  Make sure to chop up the ingredients into small pieces, so they can all easily fit into the Flatout.

All you need:

One Flatout Light flatbread

Chopped up fiber-filled ingredients such as broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, beans (you choose how much you want of each)
