Flatout Fiber and Flatout filling!

Apples are a wonderful source of fiber.  There are several Flatout Creations that include apples.  Below is an easy one when you’re strapped for time, but want a snack that is full of fiber and filling! Pears are also a great source of fiber.  for this particular Creation, I used my favorite fruits with fiber: pears and apples.  Feel free to include your favorite fruits.

All you need:

One Flatout flatbread (For this, I prefer Light Original or Cinnamon Burst)

One apple, chopped into tiny pieces

One pear, chopped into tiny pieces

Peanut butter (use as much as you need) I usually use about one tablespoon

All you need to do:

Spread the peanut butter on the Flatout flatbread.  Place the small chopped up apple and pear pieces on top of the peanut butter.  Roll, wrap and enjoy!
