The Flatout WILD WILD Western Omelette

All you need:

1 Original Flatout Wrap
3 strips Cooked bacon (turkey bacon is a great substitute!)
1/2 cup Red and green peppers
2 Eggs scrambled (1/2 cup) (egg whites are a flatout healthy substitute!)
2 slices Cheddar cheese (low fat Cheddar is a flatout healthy substitute!)

All you need to do:

On one rounded end of the Flatout Wrap, layer the scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red and green peppers. Roll up tightly and use a thin layer of your favorite spread to seal the edge of the wrap. Place in the microwave for 25 seconds. Cut in half, serve, and enjoy!

Flatout Bacon and Eggs: when you are FLATOUT hungry in the morning!

The Flatout Bacon and Eggs recipe is great when you wake up hungry, and want to treat yourself to a hearty morning start.

All you need:

1 Original Flatout Flatbread

2 eggs scrambled, half cup

3 strips cooked bacon

2 slices Swiss cheese

All you need to do:

Warm the Flatout in the microwave for 15 seconds.On one rounded end: layer the Swiss slices (side by side), eggs and bacon. Roll tightly; cut and serve. Add breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit on the side to accompany the Flatout Bacon and Eggs.

It’s morning, you’re tired, you’re strapped for time, you’re kids are hungry, and you want the family fed.. but you don’t have much time. You certainly don’t want tor resort to the sugar-packed cereals you know would be most convenient to plop on the table.

Here’s a wake up call: You don’t have to. We have a delicious and nutritious breakfast your family will love, and it takes only a few minutes to prepare:

The Flatout  Peanut Butter and Jelly with Strawberries, Bananas and Granola:

All you need:

1 original Flatout flatbread

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons strawberry jelly

1/2 banana, cut in 3 strips lengthwise

3 strawberries, cut each in 4 slices

1/4 cup granola

lemon juice (optional)*

All you need to do:

Spread peanut butter evenly over the Flatout. On bottom rounded end, spread jelly from side to side; layer: banana, strawberries, and granola.  Roll up tightly; cut in half wraps or 1 inch pinwheels.

*Soak banana slices in lemon juice to stop browning.

Flatout Breakfast: who needs bagels?!

As you guys probably have noticed, I absolutely love Flatout and eggs together.  It is FLATOUT delicious and filling! if you are looking for a quicker breakfast, try out the new Flatout Creation one of our fans Jan came up with.  Flatout accompanied with cream cheese! The folks at Flatout tried this creation, and it is delicious! For a quick and convenient breakfast, spread cream cheese and sliced tomatos and cucumbers onto a Flatout flatbread.  You can fold, roll up, or eat open-faced.  It is tasty and flatout easy to prepare. Flatout Eggs-elent!

I’m all about kicking the day off on the right note.  I’ve always been a huge proponent of breakfast, because it provides energy, starts the day off right, and importantly, eating early is great for the metabolism. Flatout tastes great accompanying eggs on the side, but there are also many delicious ways to directly incorporarte eggs (or egg whites) with Flatout. I love to load veggies into my eggs, because they are filling and nutritious.  Also, cut up fruit or sliced tomatoes are great sides.

The Mega Egg Wrap

All You Need:

-Flatout flatbread

– egg whites

– lots of vegetables chopped: tomatos, onions, spinach, mushrooms… whatever you prefer!

-OPTIONAL: fat-free cheese

All you need to do:

Scramble egg whites and vegetables in a skillet.  Once cooked, pour into a Flatout flatbread.  Add cheese if you would like, and let it melt into the warm eggs. Wrap, roll and enjoy!
